Food and Beverage Ontario | Sector: Food and Beverage

CareersNOW! Employer is Food and Beverage Ontario’s workforce development program to support Ontario’s food and beverage processing employers. Employers can create a free account to gain access to profiles of qualified individuals, post job opportunities and have them targeted to qualified candidates, and hire students and future employees through work integrated learning programs at colleges and universities. This initiative is part of CareersNOW!, a program that is equipping jobseekers with essential skills training and access to opportunities.

Flexible Upskilling Network (F.U.N.)

The Flexible Upskilling Network (F.U.N.) program is a blended, hands-on learning experience combining valuable work experience with accelerated skills training. Employers can apply to gain access to pre-trained, pre-qualified digitally capable candidates from diverse backgrounds in digital career paths. F.U.N. also provides employers with a wage subsidy to cover 11 weeks of full-time employment (40 hours a week, a minimum of $15/hour) or a maximum wage subsidy of $6,600.
